Timon Swole

I am a certified fitness instructor and an IPF competitive powerlifter. I have committed to training since my early teenage years and I advocate that general fitness is a basic human need. My satisfaction comes when you reach your goals and become the person your future self desires to be.

I believe that a good relationship with your fitness coach is crucial for an ideal one-to-one consultation. Constructive feedback and ongoing documentation are needed to catalyze improvements. Health is your biggest asset; therefore, it must be treated like one. Your well-being is my priority.

I believe that progression is only achievable when you take a holistic approach. Therefore, it’s crucial to stay updated daily about my clients’ lifestyle and dietary habits, stress levels, and sleep quality to have a complete picture of their fitness journey. A tailored program will be sent to clients to follow for a minimum of two months; it is specifically designed for their needs.

More About Me

When I first started working out as a teenager, I neither had a plan nor a goal. I was just doing whatever felt right and the only clue I had was by reading the instructions on the labels of each machine. However with very poor execution and hence very little results. But then, I started to become more curious and pirated my first program from a website.

The result: over 10 kg of lean muscle mass in no time! Over the course of time, I specialized more into strength. However, if I had one key takeaway from my fitness journey so far, it would be that good advice is vital!

Having a solid plan of what you’re doing is arguable the second most important factor (next to consistency) when it comes to seeing improvements in the gym. This is why I want to take over that role as a trustworthy fitness instructor, to bring you the knowledge I wished I had at the beginning.

I want to pass on the knowledge that I gained over the course of my journey. I have reached many ups and downs. I have reached plateaus and rock bottom. I had to deal with injury management and demotivation from seeing no results. In many cases, I understand the position you are in, how to get out of it and how to help you being the best version of yourself!

The only thing you need is a gym membership at your local gym, appropriate clothes for working out, and of course motivation.
No. Only the first three months of the plan are a minimum time period because results can only be noticed over a larger time span. After the first three months, you can cancel your plan monthly.
The program is designed for any body regardless of age group, gender or experience, since it’s specifically tailored to each client.
You can speak English with me but also German and French.
